Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Non-refundable Items
Certain services, such as rush orders or custom design requests, may not be eligible for refunds. These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, you may do so at any time through your account settings. Refunds for partial months of service are not provided.
